About
Applying for work
shouldn't need
a printer.
The problem
If you finished school in the last few years, your CV is probably a file on your phone. Your certificates are photos in your gallery. Your portfolio is a folder in a cloud drive somewhere, and your contact details are wherever you last typed them.
When an employer asks for all of it, you send four attachments across two apps and hope nothing gets lost. When you meet someone at an event, you write your email on a scrap of paper and hope they can read it.
Pomary replaces all of that with one page and one QR code. The employer scans it, and everything is there — CV, certificates, experience, and a way to reach you.
Who it's for
People early in their working life: recent graduates, school leavers, apprentices, anyone applying for a first or second job. That shaped a lot of the decisions here.
Experience means internships, part-time work and volunteering — not just salaried roles. Skills means the tools you actually use. And the whole thing works on a mid-range phone over mobile data, because that's what most people are on.
How we think about it
[01]
Your page, your control
Every document is public or private on its own. You can hide the whole page with one switch, or delete everything permanently without emailing anyone.
[02]
Works on the phone you already have
No app to install. The page is light enough to open on a slow connection, and the QR code works from a printed card, a screen, or a sticker.
[03]
Free, and honest about it
No trial, no card details, no feature held back. If that ever changes you'll get clear notice and a way to export everything first.
How it's built
Your files live in encrypted object storage. Public documents are served through links that expire after 60 seconds, so a shared URL can't be passed around indefinitely. Your contact email is never printed on the page — it's revealed one request at a time, behind a rate limit, so it can't be harvested in bulk.
The privacy policy spells out exactly what's stored and who can see it, in plain English.
